20 Years of Design Experience

“Tangent Design” is Paul Levine. I’m a Vancouver-based graphic designer with over 20 years experience helping organizations, big and small, produce web sites, print projects and other visuals. I’m known for my wide ranging knowledge in all forms of promotional materials, and for my creativity, flexibility, reliability and, above all, I’ve been successful because I’m easy to work with.

I’ve Been Producing Web sites since the Early Days of the Internet

I started Tangent Design, in the mid-1990s, as a graphics company specializing in producing print materials. As the Internet started to gain momentum, I developed an early interest in web technologies, helping many organizations make their first transition from print to online. Tangent Design has grown into a company that provides all kinds of graphical communications: print projects, web sites, Flash productions, presentations and multimedia.

Diverse Background

I have a diverse background as a communications specialist. I spent the early years of my career as a writer, publicist and in house designer and my broad knowledge base intelligently informs my work. I’ve also found time to work as an instructor, passing on specialized design and production skills to individuals and groups.
